有序和无序态Ni3Fe的环境氢脆研究

摘    要:研究了有序和无序Ni3Fe在室温下不同气氛中的力学性能。结果表明:有序态或无序态Ni3Fe不存在由空气中水汽诱发的环境氢脆;无序态Ni3Fe也不存在由氢气诱发的环境氢脆,但有序态Ni3Fe在H2中却有强烈的脆化作用,且随形变速率降低而加剧;有序Ni3Fe的拉伸曲线出现了明显的屈服平台,而无序态没有。

Abstract:The mechanical properties of ordered and disordered Ni_3Fe in various atmospheres (O_2,air, H_2) at ambient temperature have been investigated. The results show that there is no moistureinduced environmental embrittlement for the disordered and ordered Ni_3Fe when tested in air. The resultsalso indicate that no H_2-induced environmental embrittlement was observed for the disordered Ni_3Fewhen tested in gaseous hydrogen. However, the ordered Ni_3Fe is very sensitive to gaseous H_2-inducedenvironmental embrittlement, and the embrittlement becomes more severe as the strain rate decreases.There is a yield platform in the engineering stress-strain curve of ordered Ni_3Fe. However, there is noappreciable phenomena in disordered Ni_3Fe. The strength of ordered Ni_3Fe is higher than that of disorderedNi_3Fe. The fracture surface observation shows that the fracture modes of disordered Ni_3Fe in above threeenvironments are ductile transgranular. The fracture modes of ordered Ni_3Fe in O_2 and air are also ductile.However, The fracture mode of ordered Ni_3Fe in H_2 is dependent on the strain rate. It is intergranular at lower strain rate and ductile transgranular at higher strain rate.
