锯齿状魏氏组织表面浮凸的扫描隧道显微镜研究

摘    要:用扫描隧道显微镜观察到Fe-0.37C(质量分数%)风中的锯齿状魏氏组织产生表面浮凸,发现其浮凸是由多片魏氏组织片条组的浮凸群,浮凸高度约为60-170mm,低于其形核处仿晶型铁素体的表面浮凸,在仿晶型铁素体中观察到面-面激发形核方式,其浮凸的最大形状变形量为0.39,锯齿状魏氏组织和仿晶型铁素体的表面浮凸可用台阶机制解释,并以台阶机制定性解释了帐篷型,复杂型和单倾型表面浮凸的形成过程。

STM STUDY ON THE SURFACE RELIEF EFFECTS ASSOCIATED WITH WIDMANSTAT SAWTEETH
Abstract:Surface relief effects associated with the widmanstatten sawteeth in an Fe-0.37C(mass fraction,%) alloy were investigated by scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) for the firsttake. the relief of the widmanstatten sawteeth is made up of a group of platelets. The height ofthe relief is about 61-171 urn, which is lower than that of grain boundary allotriomorph fromwhich sawteeth devoloped. Configuration of face-to-face sympathetic nucleation was observed ingrain boundary allotriomorphs, and the maximum shape deformation of their reliefs is 0.39. Theformation of surface relief caused by sawteeth and allotriomorphs precipitation can be rationallyexplained by the ledgewise growth mechanism. Ledgewise groWth mechanlism is applied to explainqualitatively the formation of a tent-shaped, complex-shaped and single-tilt surface relief.
