数控车床转位刀架控制电路的改进

摘    要:本文从数控车床转位刀架控制电路的改进出发,介绍了一种利用固体继电器控制的电机正反转控制电路,与传统的交流接触器控制电路相比,该电路具有工作可靠、寿命长、对外界干扰小、抗干扰能力强、并符合“本质安全性”要求等一系列特点。

Abstract:Setting out from the control electric circuit's improvement of NC lathe's toe index carriage,this paper introduces a Control circuit of electric motor's revolution and counter revolution,which utilizes solid relays.Comparing with AC contactor's control circuit this kind of control circuit has higher working reliability,longer life-span,slighter disturbance,stronger ability of antijamming and accords with the characteristic of nature-safety completely.
