红外热像检测技术应用于蜂窝结构复合材料的检测能力评价

摘    要:通过对人工缺陷样件进行设计和试验,研究了红外热像技术对玻璃纤维蒙皮、纸蜂窝夹层结构件的检测能力。通过试验得出了以下结论:闪光灯激励的红外热像检测技术目前可以检测出玻璃纤维蒙皮内部埋深2mm、直径6mm和直径10mm的分层缺陷。对于玻璃纤维蒙皮厚度为1mm的蜂窝夹芯结构件,应用红外热像检测技术可以检测出蒙皮与蜂窝芯间直径为6mm的脱粘缺陷。对于玻璃纤维蒙皮厚度为2mm的蜂窝夹芯结构件,应用红外热像检fjn4技术可以检测出蒙皮与蜂窝芯间直径为10mm的脱粘缺陷。

Abstract:Honeycomb sandwich structure composite samples with artificial defects were designed and experiments were carried out on them in this paper.Ability of infrared flash thermography testing on GFRP skins and GFRP/NOMEX honeycomb panels was studied.The results show that delaminations with depth 2 mm, diameter 6 mm and diameter 10 mm in GFRP skins were detected.Dishond areas with diameter 6 mm were found in GFRP/NOMEX honeycomb panels with GFRP skin thickness 1 mm.Disbond areas with diameter 10 mm were found in GFRP/NOMEX honeycomb panels with GFRP skin thickness 2 mm.
