超声显微检测技术的应用研究

摘    要:介绍了超声显微检测系统的组成、原理,以及采用超声显微检测系统对产品进行检测的应用研究。研究结果表明,超声显微检测技术具有高灵敏度、高分辨率和图像直观等特点,可用于涂层材料、塑料封装集成电路、陶瓷发动机零件焊接质量等方面的检测。检测过程中实时显示被测样品的A,B和C三种扫描图像,缺陷检测结果直观。

Abstract:The structure and the principles of ultrasonic microscopical detection system were introduced. By applying technology of ultrasonic microscopical detection, materials were detected, and the applicational researches of the device soldering of automotive engines were conducted. Results of the research showed that the technology of ultrasonic microscopical detection could be applied in many fields such as detections of coat material, plastic- packaging integrated circuitry, and the quality of the device soldering of automotive engines. Three scanning images, A, B, and C could be displayed real-timely when detecting, and the results of bug detecting was thus evident.
