在役飞机蒙皮夹层腐蚀涡流检测

摘    要:涡流检测是对金属多层结构内层腐蚀检测的首选方法。为解决检测在役飞机蒙皮多层结构夹层腐蚀问题,采用了低频涡流检测方法。综合上层下底面和下层上表面腐蚀的信号幅度、相位分离度各方面因素,选取了最佳频率,制作了专用的涡流探头,运用阻抗分析图中相位和幅度的变化,有效区分了不同层的腐蚀缺陷。试验结果与理论分析相吻合,成功地解决了飞机大修蒙皮夹层腐蚀检测问题。
