烟气轮机叶片振动在线监测技术

摘    要:针对炼厂烟气轮机关键部件安全监测问题,提出了基于叶尖定时原理的烟气轮机叶片振动在线监测技术,并研制开发了烟气轮机叶片振动在线监测系统。现场操作表明,该方法能有效可靠地对叶片进行实时监测,且分析结果准确。该项技术为开展炼厂烟气轮机关键部件叶片安全监测与诊断评估提供了有力的技术手段,保障了烟气轮机安全、长周期运行。

Abstract:According to the problem of the safety monitoring in key components of flue gas turbine, the monitoring methods based on tip-timing theory vas put forward, and the online monitoring system was developed for blade vibratioru The field operation presented that this method could monitor the blade vibration effectively and reliably, and the results were accurate. This method provided technical support for safety monitoring and diagnosis for flue gas turbine blades, and ensured the safety for long cycle operation.
