摘    要:应用ANSYS有限元软件对典型构件圆孔板进行了弹塑性有限元分析.通过对比分析有限元解与解析解,说明ANSYS软件计算的可靠性和准确性。并且通过对加载铁磁构件表面漏磁场的测量,验证了应力集中与磁记忆效应之间的规律.为进一步研究典型构件的应力分布与磁场强度之间的关系,完善磁记忆检测的理论基础提供了一种重要的手段。

Abstract:The elastic-plastic finite element analysis (FEA) of typical testing piece with circle hole was carried out by FEA software ANSYS. Through comparing and analyzing the results both FEA and analytic solution, the reliability and accuracy of ANSYS were affirmed. Also through measuring the flux leakage field on the surface of magnetizing piece with stress loading, the rule between stress concentration and magnetizing memory was proved, which supplied an important means for the research on the relationship between the stress distribution and flux leakage field on typical piece, and also for the improvement of the theoretical base of magnetic memory testing.
