计算机控制多通道超声检测系统研究

摘    要:由计算机、PC插卡、聚焦探头和机械系统组成的多通道超声检测系统,能够实现A,B和C扫描成像、数据处理、缺陷定位和定量,它将计算机技术、虚拟仪器技术、信号和图像处理技术引入无损检测领域,拓宽了传统超声检测的应用范围。该系统采用多通道扫描成像,与传统超声成像系统相比,具有检测效率高、精度高、功能强、体积小和参量容易调节等优点。

Abstract:The multi-channel ultrasonic testing system consists of PC cards, focus probes and machine system. The A, B, C scan and data processing, quantitative analysis can be realized. Virtual instrument, signal and image processing technology are introduced for ultrasonic testing, the range of applicability for traditional ultrasonic testing is hence extended. The ultrasonic imaging is scanned by multi-channel. The improvement includes test efficiency, precision and adjustment parameters.
