摘    要:介绍一种带钢表面缺陷计算机视觉在线检测系统。系统采用DSP(数字信号处理器)和FPGA(现场可编程逻辑门阵列)相结合的技术,实现对钢板内气泡、夹杂物、结疤、划伤和压痕等缺陷的自动识别和检测。模块化的设计方法使系统在硬件和软件上有足够的可扩展能力。

Abstract:An on line detection system for the surface defects in steel strips by means of computer vision technology was introduced. Automatic detection and discrimination of the defects such as bubbles, inclusions, rolling skins, scratches and roll marks could be realized by the combination of DSP(digital signal processor) and FPGA(field programmable gate array). The system was convenient to be upgraded in hardware and software for its module design.
