常压立式储罐腐蚀状态检测与评价技术的研究与应用

摘    要:根据常压立式储罐的腐蚀状态检测与评价技术的研究成果,以及综合分析国内外有关文献,介绍了在用常压立式储罐罐底完整性检测方法与安全评价的意义。分析声发射在线检测和开罐后漏磁检测方法的合理性和局限性。通过对被检储罐罐底分类结果的对比分析,表明储罐声发射在线检测分类结果与开罐的检测和评价结果基本一致,充分证明了声发射在线检测的可行性,并在石油、石化等企业有广泛应用前案。

Abstract:According to researches of detection and evaluation techniques on corrosion stale of atmospheric vertical storage tank,integrity test method and the significance of safety assessment on them were introduced combined with analysis of relevant literatures.Moreover,the rationality and limitations of acoustic emission on line testing and magnetic flux leakage off line detection were discussed.After the comparative analysis on classification of tested tank floors,the result showed that the conclusions of two methods were basically consistent.All of these proved that acoustic emission testing on line and evaluation were valuable in petroleum and petrochemical industry, and this technique had a wide prospect ion.
