机器视觉与钢板表面缺陷的无损检测

摘    要:通过分析几种具有代表性的机器视觉检测系统的结构、原理和性能,论述了钢板表面缺陷的在线机器视觉检测技术的特点及现状,探讨了目前研究中的关键技术、难点及其解决方法,指出机器视觉检测技术必将在今后钢板表面质量控制系统的研究中发挥重大作用。

Abstract:The characteristics and state of the arts of on line machine vision inspection of strip steel for surface defects are presented by analyzing some typical systems including their structures, principles and performances. The key points in research, problems and solutions are discussed. It is pointed out that the technology must play an important role in the development of the surface quality control system for strip steel in the coming days.
