Research on Some Problems of Regional Undergraduate Colleges' Establishment and Development

The article is to discourse upon the inevitability of the Regional Undergraduate Colleges ' establishment, analyses the conflict and problems which should be solved urgently in the process, and puts forward strategies and ideas that the government should inflict stronger control , that we should make a sensitive choice on the localization of the higher education, and that characteristic pursuing should be the core mission in the development of the colleges.
