简论以发展为主线的大学生心理健康教育体系

提高大学生心理健康水平是实现现代大学人才培养目标的重要方面 ,心理健康教育需要成为面向全体在校大学生实施的一种基础性的教育活动。高校应建立起关于心理健康教育的发展性、长期性和系统性观念 ,形成立足主动教育 ,面向全体学生 ,促进人格发展的新格局 ,构建以课程教学为主渠道、以多种活动方式为载体、以实证性调查和分析为依托 ,认知过程、情绪调控、行为训练相协调 ,教学、咨询、研究相结合的心理健康教育的发展性体系。

On the Mental Health Education System for College Students With Development as the Key Link

As the improvement of mental health of college students is an important aspect in realizing the goal of training talents in modern universits, mental health education demand has become the basic education activities geared to all college students. Colleges should set up developing, long-term and systematic ideas for mental health education to form the new pattern based on initiative education and geared to all college students to upgrade the development of personality. They should also build the developing system of mental health education that takes curriculum teaching as key channel, multi-activities as carrier and field investigation and analyses as support, with cognitive course, sentiments adjustment and behavior training well coordinated, and with a combination of teaching, consultation and research.
