白马选厂一期二段磨矿加小直径钢球试验研究

摘    要:在钒钛磁铁矿选矿的磨矿过程中,使用直径40 mm的小钢球作为二段磨矿介质,替代现有在攀枝花-西昌地区的钒钛磁铁矿的选矿过程,二段磨机常用的直径60 mm的钢球,对提高白马选矿厂二段磨机的生产效率有积极作用,可降低选矿工序成本,提高选矿效果。

Abstract:In grinding process of vanadium -titanium magnetite beneficiation , using 40 mm diameter steel balls as two-stage grinding media replaced the existing 60 mm diameter ones common used in two -stage ball mill during the beneficiation process of vanadium -titanium magnetite at Panzhihua -Xichang area , which played a positive role in promoting the production efficiency of two-stage ball mill at Baima concentration plant so that can reduce cost in beneficiation process and enhance beneficiation performance .
