钕铁硼磁体镀层结合力分析

摘    要:分析了不同制备工艺的钕铁硼磁体在酸性环境下的腐蚀情况,以及磁体基体与金属镀层间结合力情况。分析发现三种工艺制备的钕铁硼磁体在酸性环境下的腐蚀电流差异较大,晶粒结构优化可有效改善镀层结合力。

Abstract:The corrosion situation of NdFeB magnets were analyzed with different manufacture technology in the acidic conditions. The plating adhesion strength was investigated between matrix materials and different plating layer. It is found that the corrosion current of three samples is different in the acidic conditions, and it is an effective way to improve the plating adhesion strength by optimizes grain structure.
