摘    要:硅太阳能电池是一种无污染、供量大的产品,它通过光电变换从太阳能获得电能,广泛应用于各种照明及发电系统中。文章介绍了对硅太阳能电池转换效率有重要影响的硅太阳能电池用铝浆的组成、作用及制备方法,着重阐述了硅太阳能电池用铝浆的现状和发展趋势。

Abstract:Silicon solar cell is a pollution-free and high supply products.It is through the photoelectric conversion to obtain electric power from solar energy,and is widely used in a variety of lighting and power generation systems.In this paper,the aluminum paste for silicon solar cells were reviewed in terms of composition,role and preparation methods which have an important impact on the silicon solar cell.The recent situation and the development tendency of aluminum paste for silicon solar cells are also studied.
