金属表面硅烷化处理应用的研究

摘    要:与磷化技术处理相比,硅烷化金属表面处理技术是一种有效的、环保的有机表面处理技术,是对金属材料表面进行有机硅烷溶液处理的过程.概述了硅烷化处理的原理及制备工艺对对硅烷膜性能的影响,并对硅烷化金属表面处理技术进行了展望.

Abstract:Silane surface treatment on metal surfaces has been regarded as a more environmentally friendly and effective organic surface treatment method in comparison with phosphating treatment.Generally speaking,silane surface treatment is actually a process in which a silane solution is applied on the surfaces of metals.The effects of main principles and preparation technology of silane treatment on the film properties of silane are summarized and the main development treads of silane surface treatment on metals are pointed out.
