摘    要:质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)除具有燃料电池的一般特点(如能量转化率高、环境友好等)外,同时具有可在室温快速启动、寿命长、比功率和比能量高等特点,已成为世界各国研究热点之一。双极板是PEMFC的关键部件,对其体积、重量、性能等都具有重要影响。目前,国内外有关双极板的研究主要集中在材料和流场设计方面,尤以材料设计为研究重点。本文重点阐述了国内外双极板材料和流场的研究近况,对比分析了不同材料和流场双极板的优缺点,对其应用及发展前景进行了展望。

Abstract:Proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFC) possess normal characteristics(high efficiency of energy transformation, environmental friendship and so on) of fuel cells, as well as many prominent properties such as easy start-up at low temperature, long life, high specific power and energy, which have already become one of the hot research fields of the world. Bipolar plates are main parts of PEMFC, which have important influence on its volume, weight and battery properties. At present, material and flow field are main research fields upon bipolar plates all over the world, and material design is the keystone especially. In this paper, the research states on material at home and abroad and flow field of bipolar plates are described, the merits and defects of bipolar plates with different materials and flow fields are also analyzed, and the application and developing foregrounds are reviewed.
