直流叠加对铁硅铝磁粉芯品质因数的影响

摘    要:利用LCR测试仪测试有效磁导率(μe)为125及60的铁硅铝磁粉芯在不同交流磁感应强度下的品质因数,发现品质因数随频率出现峰值,有效磁导率为125的磁粉芯在大约30kHz时品质因数出现峰值,而有效磁导率为60的磁粉芯则在80kHz左右时品质因数出现峰值,峰值的高低与交流磁感应强度的数值有关。在上述结果的基础上,再分别对上述磁粉芯在直流叠加状态下的品质因数进行测试,结果发现其品质因数随直流叠加磁场出现峰值,在交流磁感应强度频率分别为50、100kHz以及200kHz时,有效磁导率为125的磁粉芯品质因数在直流叠加磁场强度为1571、3927A/m和5890A/m时到达峰值,而有效磁导率为60的磁粉芯在交流磁感应强度频率分别为150、200kHz以及250kHz时,品质因数则在直流叠加磁场强度为4712、5498A/m和7069A/m时到达峰值,峰值的高低与交流磁感应强度的数值有关,并对其原因进行了分析。

Abstract:Frequency dependences and DC-bias on the quality factor of Sendust powder cores were tested by LCR. It was found that, the quality factor of Sendust powder cores first increased with increasing frequency and then it con- tinuously decreased upon further increasing frequency. Powder cores with effective permeability of 125 attained the highest quality factor at about 30 kHz, and effective permeability of 60 at about 80 kHz. The quality factor first in- creased with the DC-bias magnetic field, and then it continuously decreased upon further increasing the DC-bias magnetic field for two samples. Powder cores attained the highest quality factor at different DC-bias magnetic field at variation frequency. Powder cores with effective permeability of 125 attained the highest quality at 1571, 3927 A/m and 5890 A/m at 50, 100 kHz and 200 kHz, effective permeability of 60 attained the highest quality at 4712, 5498 A/m and 7069 A/m at 150, 200 kHz and 250 kHz.
