摘    要:本文介绍了超声电解法制备金属粉的工艺方法,通过改变溶液浓度,超声功率、电流密度等条件,摸索了粉末粒度的影响规律。合适的条件可得到100nm以下的铜粉和镍粉;合适的表面活性可进一步降低粒度。对所得粉末用透射电镜、X射线衍射等进粒度的判别和结构分析。发现粉末粒度随电流密度的增大而增大,这种现象可能与超声的作用机理有关,超声在制粉过程中不仅起到降低粉末粒度的作用,而且对沉积过程也有一定的影响。

Abstract:Thtrasonic electrolysis process is investigated for preparing ultrafine metallicPowder. Through changing the parameters such as the concentration of solute, ultrasonicPower, electric current density etc, the influence of these parameters on Powder size werestudied. The size and structure were analysed by means of TEM and XRD. Experimental re-sults indicate that Cu and Ni powders less than 100nm can be prepared under appropriateconditionsi the Powder size can be even smaller with proper surfactants;Powder size in-creases as electric current density increases. The efTect rule of electric current density is pro-bably related to the caviation mechanism of ultrasound. Ultrasound in the process ofpowder preParation not only makes powder size reduced, but affects the process of metaldeposition.
