摘    要:用快凝的方法以不同的冷凝速度制备了Fe-6.5%Si薄带。研究了快凝速度对制备态薄带晶粒取向的影响,研究结果表明,凝速较慢时样品为(001)面织构,随冷速的增高,织构减弱。

Abstract:Fe 6.5%Si ribbons were prepared by quenching method with different cooling rates.The influence of the cooling rates on the textures of the ribbons was studied.The results showed that (001) fibre texture presented in the ribbon with low cooling rate,and the peak intensity of the fibre decreased with the cooling rate rising.
