摘    要:将计算机和人工智能技术引入点焊工艺设计,综合运用人工神经网络(ANN)、基于事例失推理(CBR)、模糊系统(Fuzzy)、基于事例的学习(CBL)以及产生式专家系统(ES)等多种智能方法,建立了一个点焊工艺设施有混和系统(ISSW)。工艺实验表明,本文所研制的ISSW可以满足点焊工艺基本要求。

Abstract:In this paper, an intelligent hybrid system for spot welding procedure design (ISSW) is built based on artificial intelligence, using artificial neural networks (ANN) , case - based reasoning (CBR) , fuzzy systems, case -based learning (CBL),and production expert systems (ES) , etc. ISSW developed here meets the basic requirements of spot welding procedure design from the results of mass tests.
