摘    要:针对焊接加工中的不均匀热过程及其引起的结构变形,结合热电偶和位移传感技术及计算机数据采集技术,解决了数据采集过程中的干涉和屏蔽问题,采用Windows编程技术编写了采集与处理软件,综合开发了一种多通道动态变形及热循环测量与处理系统.测试结果与焊接热传导理论计算结果吻合良好.该系统成功地解决了采用机械测量时数据单一、实时性差、精度低,难以获得准确数据的缺点,增强了系统的通用性,为研究焊接过程的瞬态应力与变形行为提供了先进的测试手段.

Abstract:A new muhipoint measuring system for welding dynamic distortion and thermal cycle was presented, which was aimed at the non - uniform thermal cycling and deformations during the welding process. The system adopted thermal couple, displacement sensor technology, computer data acquisition technology and windows programming methods. The measuring results of the thermal cycle met the simulating results of the theoretical model. The system settled the single data, bad real - time, low precision and incorrect data as well as intensified the versatility of the system, which offered advanced measuring method for studying the instant stress during the welding process.
