摘    要:X80级以上的管线钢是控轧及加速冷却的低碳微合金钢,将是本世纪输气主管线的主导钢材,具有优良的抗延性断裂性能,纵向焊缝金属和HAZ的强度与韧性高于母材匹配。Mo-Ti-B系焊接材料除保证适当的Ti,B微量元素外,还必须尽量减少焊缝中的O,N气体含量。选用较高碱度的焊剂或附加氩气保护是保证焊缝与母材等韧性的措施。

Abstract:X80 high strength pipeline steel is low C microalloy steel in the condition of TM and accelerated cooling, which has excellent ductile fracture arrest ability and is the main steel for gas transmission pipeline. The strength and toughness of seam weld and HAZ should match the parent plate. The weld metal should keep optimum Ti and B content, and O and N content as low as possible by means of matching Mo-Ti-B series of welding consumables. The higher basic flux and additional Argon shielding could be selected to assure equal toughness between weld metal and base metal.
