摘    要:采用热模拟及插销试验方法对2.25Cr-1Mo钢焊接热影响区的组织、韧性及冷裂敏感性的相关性进行定量研究与分析,提出了2.25Cr-1Mo钢既能防止焊接冷裂纹又可保证焊接热影响区域性的工艺措施。

Abstract:In this paper the relations between structure , toughness and cold cracking susceptibility of HAZ(heat-affected zone) for steel 2.25 Cr-1Mo have been quantitatively analyzed using methods of thermal simulation test and implant test. The welding procedures were pointed out for both avoiding cold cracking and improving toughness of HAZ.
