钢制压力容器焊缝内裂纹的超声波检测技术

摘    要:对一定数量的钢制压力容器焊缝内缺陷的焊接修补质量进行了综合分析,采用超声波探伤等检测手段,定量地确定缺陷性质,指出在超声波探伤过程中应该注意的有关技术问题,提出超声波检测是一种有效的对钢制压力容器的焊接进行质量控制的技术。

Abstract:Inner weld defects of some pressure vessels made of 16MnR are analyzed completely by ultrasonic non-destroyed test method, and the defects characters are confirmed quantitatively. The article mentions skill and experiment of the ultrasonic non-destroyed test method, which should rivet out attention. The experiment shows that ultrasonic non-destroyed test is an effective technology for quality control of pressure vessels.
