电子束钎焊的能量密度控制方法

摘    要:基于电子束扫描轨迹和方式控制,提出了电子束钎焊能量密度控制方法及能量密度计算方法,以扫描电子束作为移动热源,电子束扫描轨迹和扫描方式根据钎焊接头的形状及要求设计,通过控制扫描点在工件加热区域的分配.可对接头各区域进行能量密度的高精度控制,在工件表面获得所需要的能量密度分布;也可以对异种金属电子束焊接进行能量输入比可调的不对称能量输入控制,可有效地控制接头两侧异种金属的熔化量,使接头两侧异种金属以适当的比例熔合。

Abstract:Based on electron beam scanning track and mode control, the energy control method and energy density computation method used in EBW was putted forward, in which the scanning electron beam was used as heat source, and the electron beam scanning track and scanning mode were designed according to the shape and requirements of the welded joint, through the assignment of the scanning spots on the heating area of the workpiece, the high precision energy density control could be realized and any energy density distribution which was needed could be acquired. Using this method, the asymmetric energy input used in dissimilar metal welding could be realized and the ratio of the energy input could be adjusted, to control the melting amount of the dissimilar metals on each side of the joint effectively, so appropriate proportion of the dissimilar metals on each side of the joint could be fused to make the chemical constitution and performance met the requirements.
