钌基合金与铁镍钴合金的真空钎焊

摘    要:主要介绍了适用于钌基合金与铁镍钴合金的钎料,钎焊工艺和焊缝强度,分析了焊缝微观组织。结果表明:NiAuPdAgFeCo钎料适合钎焊钌基合金和铁镍钴合金,且焊缝组织致密,焊缝强度大于基材,获得的发动机电极通过地面打火20万余次的点火考核及200h发动机试车,满足了设计使用要求。

Abstract:This paper introduces the filler metal, processes, strength and micro structure of brazed seam for Ru -base and FeNiCo alloy brazing. The results show that NiAuPdAgFeCo brazing filler metal is suited to braze both Ru -base and FeNiCo alloys,the micro structure of brazed seam is dense,and the strength of it is higher than that of base metal.The obtained engine electrode is tested by ignition for 200 thousand times and 200 hours testing run of engine and it meets requirements of design.
