摘    要:介绍了国内外冰箱制造行业在制冷管路系统中铜铝管连接时所采用的电阻焊、爆炸焊、摩擦焊、储能焊、钎焊以及洛克环密封、热溶胶密封等各种方法,对这些工艺方法和成本进行综合分析和比较,认为钎焊、电阻焊是比较理想的铜铝管连接方法。

Abstract:The joining methods adopted for Al-Cu tube of refrigerating system of refrigerator including resistance welding, explosive welding, friction welding, stored energy welding, brazing, LUOKE loop seal and hot sol seal at home and abroad are summarized in this paper. Through the comprehensive analysis and comparison of every technique and its cost, it can be found that brazing and resistance welding are the two relatively perfect joining techniques for Al-Cu tube.
