摘    要:纳米多层膜显著改善了膜层的硬度、韧性、耐磨性及耐热性,能够满足各种特殊应用需要,成为硬质薄膜研究的热点课题.本文综述了近年来纳米多层膜在硬度、耐磨性及热稳定性方面的研究成果,分析了它们的主要影响因素,并对今后纳米多层膜的发展趋势进行了展望.

Abstract:Nano-muhilayer coating can improve the hardness, wear resistance and thermal stability of the surface layer markedly and it is able to meet the demands of many special uses, so the investigation of the hard nano-muhilayer films becomes a hot spotting task in recent years. This article deals with the up to now research results of the hardness, wear resistance and thermal stability for nano-muhilayer films and analysis of the primary influence factors on it and the developing trend for the nano-muhilayer coating technology was also prospected.
