| 摘 要： | 综述了Cu-Ni-Si系合金开发原理、成分设计及制备工艺,归纳总结了该合金性能与Ni、Si元素的质量比值、添加合金元素的种类和数量以及制备技术之间的关系,并介绍了不同工艺路线下Cu-5.2Ni-1.2Si合金时效后硬度和导电率的变化规律.

| Abstract: | The development principle, composition design and fabrication technology of Cu-Ni-Si alloy were discussed, correlations of the weight ratio of Ni and Si to the performance of the alloy, the type and amount of added alloy elements as well as fabrication technology were summarized, and the change rule of hardness and conductivity of the Cu-5.2Ni-1.2Si alloy after ageing under different processes were introduced. |
