| 摘 要： | 通过大量的试验研究和长期的生产实践，探讨了齿轮在高频淬火和渗碳淬火后的畸变规律，并提出了相应的减少畸变的措施，生产实践表明，采取这些措施后，能有效地控制齿轮畸变，解决生产中的关键问题。

| Abstract: | The distortion rule of gears after high frequency quenching or carburizing and quenching has been studied through a great deal of tests and production practice.The proper measures to reduce the distortion have been presented.It is indicated that the distortion of gear can be controlled effectively by using these methods and the main questions in production will be solved. |
