稀土铬锆铜合金强化工艺研究

摘    要:对加入微量稀土元素的铜铬锆合金的强化工艺及稀土在铜合金中的作用进行了研究。结果表明 ,加入微量稀土 (Ce)的CrZrCuRE合金 ,经 96 0± 10℃固溶、5 0 %~ 6 0 %的冷变形及 46 0~ 480℃时效处理 ,可以获得良好的综合性能。加入微量稀土 ,可以使合金在硬度略有升高的同时 ,导电率和软化温度显著升高 ,较大地提高合金制件的使用寿命。

Abstract:The strengthening process of the Cr-Zr-Cu alloy that contains a trace of rare earth elements and the effect of Ce on the alloy are studied in this paper.Results indicate that after solution treatment in 960±10℃,cold deformation by 50%~60% and aging at 460~480℃,the alloy takes on good integrated properties.Results also show that a trace of rare earth elements can greatly improve conductivity and softening temperature of the alloy in the condition that the hardness of the alloy improved slight,the service life of the alloy is enlonged obviously.
