稀土对铜铬锆合金性能的影响

摘    要:研究了不同稀土含量和时效处理工艺对铜铬锆合金性能的影响。结果表明:随稀土含量的增加,合金的硬度和晶粒尺寸增大,加入适量的稀土,可提高合金的导电率。提高时效温度,可提高合金的导电率,但对合金硬度的影响有个最佳值。

Abstract:In this paper,the effect,of RE contents and ageing temperature on CuCrZr alloy was investigated. The results show that hardness and grain size of the alloy increases as Rare Earth content is increasing. The proper Rare Eatth content added and ageing temperature increased improve conductivity of the alloy,and the effect of ageing temperature on hardness has an optimum value.
