Ni-P/Al2O3化学复合镀工艺研究

摘    要:采用正交设计法对Ni-P/Al2O3化学复合镀工艺进行了优化。研究了镀液成分,工艺参数对复合镀层厚度,显微硬度,耐蚀性,耐磨性的影响,结果表明,Ni-P/Al2O3化学复合镀层的显微硬度,耐磨性优于Ni-P化学镀层的,弥散分布的Al2O3颗粒能显著减缓复合镀层在较高温度下的软化趋势。

Abstract:The process of electroless plating Ni P/Al 2O 3 composite coating was optimized by orthogonal experiment.Effects of plating liquid composites and process parameters on the thickness,microhardness,corrosion resis tance and wear resistance of the Ni P/Al 2O 3 composite coatings were studied.The results show that the micro hardness and wear resistance of the Ni P/Al 2O 3 composite coating are better than those of Ni P chemical coating.The Al 2O 3 grains distribution in dispersion can slow down the soften rate of the composite coatings significantly in high temperature.
