钛合金抗微动损伤的研究进展

摘    要:钛合金对微动磨损和微动疲劳非常敏感,严重限制其推广应用。采用表面处理提高钛合金的抗微动损伤性能获得了良好效果。本文综述了表面涂覆技术、表面改性技术和复合表面处理技术等提高钛合金的抗微动损伤性能的研究进展,概述了表面处理提高钛合金微动损伤的机理,并展望了其未来的研究重点。

Abstract:The further application of titanium alloys is severity limited owing to its inherent shortcomings such as sensitive to fretting wear and fretting fatigue.Surface treatment,which improves fretting-resistance of titanium alloy effectively,has been paid much attention.The research progress in improving fretting-resistance of titanium alloy by surface coating,surface modification and complex surface treatment is reviewed,and the mechanism improving fretting-resistance by surface treatment,and predicts pivot of research areas in the future are also summarized.
