摘    要:研究了大丝径65Mn金属橡胶的成型工艺、稀土硼碳氮共渗处理.经过测试:金属橡胶的密度与成型应力呈近似线性关系;经过处理,大丝径65Mn金属橡胶的抗高温氧化性、耐腐蚀性、静态与动态损耗因子分别提高33.6%、24.8%、8.3%和16.0%.

Abstract:The forming technology and the RE-B-C-N multi-element penetration of 65Mn steel metal rubber with larger diameter wire were researched.The test results show that the relationship between forming stress of the metal rubber and its density appears to be near linear relationship.Through RE-B-C-N penetration,the resistance against high temperature oxidation,the corrosion resistance,static and dynamic loss factors of the metal rubber are improved by 33.6%,24.8%,8.3% and 16.0% respectively.
