摘    要:针对TZM钼合金,研究了钨极氩弧(TIG)焊工艺中不同焊接电流对焊接品质的影响,分析了焊接接头的显微组织及性能。结果表明,当TIG焊焊接电流为210 A,焊接速度4 mm/s,氩气流量8~12 L/min时,可获得品质优良的焊缝。焊接接头组织主要由焊缝中心粗大的柱状晶及热影响区的等轴晶组成,取代了母材的片层状纤维织构,削弱了材料的强度,改善了材料的塑性。

Abstract:Effect of different welding current of TIG welding process on weld quality for TZM molybdenum alloy was investigated,and microstructure and properties of the welding joint were analyzed.The result show that when the TIG welding current is 210 A,welding speed is 4 mm/s,argon gas flow rate is 8-12 L/min,the excellent weld bead can be acquired.The microstructure of welding joint was mainly composed of columnar crystal of welding center and equiaxed grains of heat affected zone,and the lamellar crystal fiber texture of matrix has been replaced,strength of matrix was weakened,material plasticity has been improved.
