合金渗碳钢锻件等温正火的研究

摘    要:研究了合金渗碳钢锻件的普通正火与等温正火工艺参数对组织、性能的影响。得出为使钢件具有良好的切削加工性能和稳定的渗碳淬火变形规律;等温正火优于普通正火,而且容易控制的结论。研制的等温正火生产线,亦已调试成功并投入了生产。对等温正火的名称也进行了讨论。

Abstract:The microstructure and property of alloy carburizing steel forged parts after general normalizing and isothermal normalizing were studied. The results show that the isothermal normalizing process has many advantages:including in these are the good cutting operation property of steel parts,the dimensional change stability of the steel parts be fore and after carburizing and hardening,and the cooling transformation of the steel parts not necessary specific control. The reason for using the term isothermal normalizing is discussed in this paper. The isothermal normarlizing process has been used in some factories.
