摘    要:对20CrMnTi钢进行了强烈淬火试验,研究了强烈淬火工艺对20CrMnTi钢试样的组织和力学性能的影响.试验结果表明,分别用CaCl2水溶液、液氮淬火和CaCl2水溶液+液氮分级淬火后,试样的组织与力学性能不尽相同,在CaCl2水溶液×1 s+液氮×4 s分级淬火后效果较好,其抗拉强度达1 521 MPa,冲击韧度达1 392.66 kJ/m2,较传统的渗碳淬火处理后有较大的提高.

Abstract:Intensive quenching experiment was carried out on 20CrMnTi steel,and effect of intensive quenching process on the microstructure and mechanical properties was investigated.The results show that the microstructure and mechanical properties of 20CrMnTi steel intensive quenched by CaCl2 solution,liquid nitrogen respectively and intensive time quenched in CaCl2 solution and liquid nitrogen are different.The sample intensive time quenched in CaCl2 solution for 1 s and in liquid nitrogen for 4 s has preferable mi...
