硼钒稀土共渗及其机理

摘    要:研究了B-V-RE共渗工艺。试验结果表明,在共渗过程中,稀土元素的催渗作用不是一成不变的,而是在共渗前效果最为明显。稀土La的渗入起到了微合金化的作用。V原子以弥散的VB、V2B3、V2C形式存在于渗层表面。与单渗B、B-RE、B-V共渗工艺相比,45钢B-V-RE共渗层耐磨性及腐蚀性均有明显提高。

Abstract:In this paper H V-RE co-cementation is studied. The results show that the catalytic effect of rare earth elements is not invariable in whole process,and it has a remarkable effect in the earlier stage of the process. The La,as rare earth element, permeated, produce the effect of microalloying. The atom of vanadium occures on the surface of packed layer in the form of dispersive phase VB,V,B, and V,C. Both wear resistance and corrosion resistance of B-V-RE layer in 45 steel is much increased in comparison with that of boriding, RE-boriding and vanadoboriding respectively.
