美国热处理技术发展路线图概述

美国能源部、金属学会的热处理学会和热处理协会于1996年召集了企业界的20名热处理专家讨论提出了热处理2020年的设想目标.1997年提出了热处理技术发展路线图初稿.2002年经讨论修改提出了热处理学会的路线图修改稿,于2004初发布,被称作“热处理技术路线图2004”.其内容包括设备和硬件（筑炉）材料、材料和工艺、能源和环境、公益事业等,提出了70个研发项目、成立两个专门研发机构,并争取国家的财政支持以及民间企业的热烈响应.此路线图对制订我国热处理行业规划和远景设想有很大启发和参考价值.

A Roadmap of Heat Treatment Technology Development in USA

In February 1996 it had a meeting of 20 leaders of U.S.heat treating community for discussion to draw up a Heat Treating Industry Vision 2020 under the commitment of U.S.Department of Energy(DOE).Another meeting in February 1997 by the ASM Heat Treating Society(ASM,HTS) and Metal Treating Institute(MTI) in order to establish the specific research and development series activities.The result of that meeting was the "Report of the Heat Treating Technology Roadmap Workshop".In this report,meeds in three areas were identified:Equipment and Hardware Materials,Processes and Heat Treated Materials,and Energy and Environment.For this three areas about 70 activities were put forward.After further revision and supplement,the final roadmap was published in Heat Treating Progress issue by issue 2004.The last review resulted in the now officially designated "Heat Treating Technology Roadmap-2004 HTS Revision",which displays a significant reference value for perspective development of China heat treatment industry.
