摘    要:采用电弧离子镀涂层工艺,制备了TiN涂层高速钢钻头和TiN涂层硬质合金铣刀,检测了TiN涂层的膜层性能,并进行了有TiN涂层和无涂层刀具的切削对比试验。结果表明,有TiN涂层的高速钢钻头使用寿命是无涂层钻头的5~7倍,有TiN涂层硬质合金铣刀的使用寿命是无涂层铣刀的3~11倍。

Abstract:TiN coated high speed steel drills and hard alloy milling cutters were prepared by using arc ion plating method. The mechanical properties of the TiN coating were examined, and machinability tests of the tools with and without TiN coating were carried out and compared. The results show that the durability of TiN coated highspeed steel drills is 5 to 7 times longer than that of uncoated drills. For hard alloy milling cutters, the durability of coated tools is 3 to 11 times longer than that of the uncoated ones.
