加热速率和形变量对IF钢再结晶温度的影响

摘    要:采用膨胀仪法研究了4种退火加热速率对不同冷形变量的IF钢再结晶温度的影响。IF钢的再结晶温度随加热速率的增加而提高,随变形量的增大而降低,如将膨胀曲线的微分最低点定为再结晶温度,在形变量为ε=1.2的条件下,当加热速率由20℃/h提高到400℃/h时,该钢的再结晶温度由645℃提高到664℃。当加热速率保持不变,形变量由0.8增大至1.2时,再结晶温度下降约10℃左右。

Abstract:The recrystallization temperatures of different cold rolled rate IF steel are measured by dilatometer at four heating rates.The recrystallization temperatures increased with the raising of heating rates,but decreased with the increase of cold rolled rates.Under deformation condition of ε=1.2 and defining the lowest point of differential in the dilatometric curve as the recrystallization temperatures,the recrystallization temperatures raised from 645℃ to 664℃,when the heating rates increased from 20℃/h to 400℃/h.On the other hand,if keeping the heating rate as constant and increased the ε from 0.8 to 1.2,the recrystallization temperatures decreased about 10℃.
