Ni-P-SiC(纳米)复合镀层的滑动磨损特性

摘    要:利用化学镀方法制备了Ni-P-SiC(纳米)复合镀层,研究了镀液中纳米SiC微粒含量对复合镀层硬度的影响,在MPX-2000型摩擦磨损试验机上进行了复合镀层与45钢配对的滑动磨损试验,用扫描电镜观察了磨损面的形貌.结果表明,镀层中纳米SiC微粒的存在使复合镀层的硬度显著提高,为1000~1100 HV0.025,退火处理后硬度可达到1650 HV0.025.200~400 N负荷下的摩擦系数基本保持稳定,而磨损质量损失随载荷的增加而小幅增加.与微米SiC复合镀层相比,纳米复合镀层的耐磨性也有明显改善,其磨损机理主要为轻微擦伤.

Abstract:Ni-P-SiC nanometer composite coating was prepared with electroless plating, and the effects of concentration of nanometer SiC particles in the solution on hardness of the coating were studied. The slide wear behavior test was conducted with the coating sliding against 45 steel on MPX-2000 friction and abrasion machine. The worn surface morphology was observed by SEM. The results show that the hardness of the coating is increased significantly by nanometer SiC existed in the coating,the hardness after electroless plating can reach 1000 - 1100 HV0. 025 and even to 1650 HV0. 025 after annealing. The friction coefficient keeps stable under a load between 200 - 400 N, while the mass loss increase slightly with the increase of test load. Comparing with micrometer SiC composite coating, the wear resistance of the nanometer composite coating is improved obviously, and its wear mechanism is light scratching mainly.
