| 摘 要： | 用多弧离子镀在３Ｃｒ２Ｗ８Ｖ钢热镦上沉积ＴｉＮ，测定涂层与基体的结合力，试验表明，ＴｉＮ涂层模具表层不出现热模具通常存在的低硬度层，ＴｉＮ涂层硬度高，摩擦系数小，与基体结构力强，抗热疲劳和热磨损性能好。

| Abstract: | TiN layer has been deposited on the 3Cr2W8V steel hot working die by multi arc ion plating.The service life of TiN die and the bonding strength between TiN layer and steel substrate have been determinated.The test results show that there is a low hardness transition layer on the surface of hot working die,but there is no low hardness layer on the surface of TiN die.TiN layer has high hardness,low friction coefficient,good bonding strength,high thermal fatigue property and hot wear resistance.The service life of hot working die with TiN layer is higher 3 or 4 times than that of the original hot working die. |
