基于激光直接制造技术的材料研究

摘    要:激光直接制造技术是一项从微观组织-宏观性能-零件性能全过程控制的技术,其中材料研究是重要技术特色之一.本文综述了激光直接制造技术材料研究的4个层次:从常用合金粉末到高性能复杂金属零件的实现、梯度材料的制备与梯度复杂零件的激光直接制造、特种材料的直接合成与特种材料复杂零件的激光直接制造和多元合金体系的研究.

Abstract:Laser direct manufacturing is a novel technology which is able to fully control the microstructure,macrostructure and the final performance of the components.The materials research is one of its important capabilities.Four aspects of materials research on laser direct manufacturing technology were summarized:realizing of the properties from commercial alloy powder to complex metal parts,fabricating of gradient materials and direct manufacturing of complex parts with functional gradient materials,synthesizing of special materials and direct manufacturing of complex parts with synthesized materials,and investigating of multi-element alloy system.
