合金渗碳钢件锻造余热等温正火原理研究

摘    要:研究了常用渗碳钢利用锻造余热正火过程中可能出现的不良显微组织以及它们在重行加热时的粗大晶粒遗传性,阐述了控制停锻后冷却速度和温度使钢件在冷却时不发生相变,而在等温时形成要求的α+P组织及硬度的锻热正火工艺原理,为这种新工艺的实际应用提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The microstructure and coarse grain heredity of forged alloy carburizing alloy steel parts after utilizing the residual forging heat normalizing have been studied.The results indicate that controlling cooling speed and temperature before isothermal is an important factor for carrying out the transformation at isothermal temperature and contented microstructure and hardness requirements.This paper provides a theoretical basis for the technology of utilizing the residual forging heat of forged alloy carburizing steel parts.
