摘    要:对18Cr2Ni4W钢进行了渗碳激光强化复合处理研究。利用扫描电镜、透射电镜和图象分析仪,对其组织进行较详细的研究。结果表明,在复合工艺作用下,随着表面硬化工区层深的变化,组织结构发生明显的变化。由于钢中存在大量合金元素,致使表面硬化层产生大量的残留奥氏体,降低了表面硬度。

Abstract:The experiment that 18Cr2Ni4W steels were treated by carburizing and laser transformation hardening was carried out.The microstructure of the treated steel was studied in detail by SEM,TEM and image analyzer.The results show that the microstructure obviously varies with the change of depth in laser hardened zone.The large amount of residual austenite was produced due to existence of alloy elements in the steel during laser transformation hardening,which decreased surface hardness.
